Arriving:

• You must enter the facility at our main entrance (Has the sign over the door). Only this one entry point may be used.

• Entry to the facility will start no more than 15 minutes before the ninjas start time so that the competition area may be cleared out and sanitized.

• Spacing and distancing of lines will be required before entry. You may be asked to wait outside to enter the
  facility to assist with social distancing.

• Temperatures will be taken at the door. If anyone's temperature exceeds 100.2 or persons showing flu-like symptoms will NOT be permitted entrance into the facility. Hand sanitizer must be used after temperature check and before entering the gym.

• Spectators are asked to have exact change ($5 per person) or provide credit card for spectator entry fees (an additional fee to
  use credit card may be applied).

Spectators:

• Only 2 spectators per athlete will be allowed to attend the competition. Spectators may be required to name their athlete upon entry to ensure spectator limits are maintained.

• All spectators will be required to wear masks while inside the facility.

• Spectator seating will be spaced 6 feet apart to allow for social distancing. Spectators will be asked to not move
  seats and remain in their chosen seats for the entirety of the competition. Chairs will be available in groupings. TV will be available for spectators to watch in case they are sitting in a blind spot.

Athletes

• Athletes will be required to wear masks when entering facility and until they are on the starting platform for their run. Masks will be required to be placed be back on after their run.

• Athletes must provide their own personal water bottle and bottle must remain in their bag when not being used– drinking fountains will not be available. We do have water bottle refill stations and bottled water will be for sale at the concession stand.

• Athletes must provide their own chalk bag/box. Liquid chalk is encouraged. There will be NO common chalk buckets.

Competition Area

• Session numbers will be limited to allow for social distancing

• Equipment and matting will be sanitized between waves.

• Spectator seating will be cleaned and sanitized between waves.

• Athletes and coaches are asked to refrain from high fives, handshakes, hugs etc. Fist bumps and elbow
  bumps are suggested.

• At the conclusion of the wave will be asked to leave the facility until awards are ready. If an athlete is in the last wave of their age group then they may stay.

Awards

• Awards will be held in a different part of the facility then the competition area.

• Awards will be presented after all waves of an age division are concluded.

• Athletes will be required to wear masks during the award ceremonies, but may remove them for pictures.

• All athletes and spectators will exit the facility from the awards area.

Leaving:

• After your wave is complete then you MUST leave. We can not have anyone lingering in the facility. No redemption time will be allowed as the course will need to be changed and sanitized for the next age group.

• You will be leaving out a different location then you entered. Signs to the exit will be located around the facility.
