Annual Registration Fee

An annual registration fee is required for all athletes enrolling in our Fall classes. This fee covers participation in all classes from September 2025 through August 2026.

• $50 for the first family member

• $45 for the second family member

• $35 for each additional family member

*Please note that registration fees are nonrefundable once the session has begun.*

Class Pricing

Tuition for our 8-week Fall session is based on class length. Pricing is as follows:

• 45-Minute Classes (Preschool Gymnastics & Preschool Ninja): $152

• 1-Hour Classes (Beginner & Intermediate): $200

• 1.5-Hour Classes (Advanced): $245

Tuition covers the full 8-week session and is due at the time of enrollment.
Please note that prices may vary if there are any scheduled gym closures during the session. Adjustments will be reflected in the class pricing at the time of registration.

Make-Up Policy

Each athlete is allowed up to two (2) make-up classes during an 8-week session.

• Make-ups must be scheduled in advance. Drop-ins will not be permitted.

• Make-ups must be completed within the same session the class was missed and must be scheduled in a class of the same name/title.

• The only exception is if the missed class occurs during the final week of the session. In that case, the make-up may be completed during the first two weeks of the following session.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep classes appropriately staffed and balanced.

CLASS LIMIT

Due to the popularity of our Ninja Classes, we are limiting one class per child. If you are looking for more Ninja Warrior experience please consider coming to our Ninja Open Gyms

EVALUATION OF SKILL 

Evaluations will be done digitally via the Fullout app. Instructors will be carrying Ipads during evaluation times

GYMNASTICS: Evaluations will be conducted at the end of each session for gymnastics classes. You will be informed if you child should stay in their current class or move up to the next class. We recommend signing up for the same class that your child is currently in, and then switch classes if they are moved up.

NINJA: Evaluations will be done throughout the session by your child's success on our challenge courses. New courses will be set up every two weeks with new obstacles to complete. Instructors will keep note of who is completing what obstacles and make recommendations at the end of the session.

AGE LIMITS 

Age limits are listed in the class descriptions. Students must be the minimum required age within 30 days of the class start date. *If starting within 30 day window of youngest class offered then the child must be potty trained*

CLASS BOUNDARIES 

There are clearly marked boundaries in both the gymnastics and ninja warrior sections of our facility. We ask that only those enrolled in class be out on the gym floor. No one is allowed out on the gym floor unless it is your specific classes time, and an instructor is present. We ask that parents try to refrain from engaging your child too much. We try to keep your child's attention trained on their instructors as much as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

INCLEMENT WEATHER 

When in doubt, please call the office and check the website to see if classes are being held. If we are open and you do not feel comfortable attending you may use one of your make up classes.

​REFUNDS

Full refunds can be provided before the session has begun. If anyone drops out of class in the first two weeks of the session then a 50% refund of the remaining cost of the session, can be provided. After the first two weeks of the session, there are no refunds or credits that can be provided.

ATTIRE 

Your child should wear clothing that is appropriate for movement and safely (leotards, t-shirt, shorts, etc). No zippers, snaps, buttons, jewelry should be on the student or their clothing. Any long hair must be tied up. Ninja classes require shoes!

PICK UP 

Please make sure to be on time when picking up your child. Coaches will have to begin their next class, and your child will be instructed to stay in the lobby until you come in the facility to pick them up. YOU MUST COME IN THE BUILDING TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD! We will not allow any child to walk out the door without a parent present.
