These are the available positions that we are looking to fill. Experience may be required for some positions while training can be provided for others. Please see the descriptions below for what is required for each position.
Girls Gymnastics Coach
Minimum Experience Required:

Class Coach- A desire to work with children and help them grow in their physical education. A small amount of gymnastics experience is appreciated but not necessary

Pre-team and Xcel Bronze Coach- Multiple years of competitive experience as a gymnast or has coached a competitive gymnastics team before.

Boys Gymnastics Coach
Minimum Experience Required:

Compulsory Coach- Has coached levels 3,4, or 5 for one year or more OR has competitive gymnastics experience into the optional level.

Ninja Class Coach
The Gravity Forge is seeking a high-energy, enthusiastic Ninja Warrior Coach to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and thrives in an active, fast-paced environment. You'll be coaching youth athletes through obstacle-based training that develops strength, agility, balance, and confidence—all while making fitness fun.

Coach ninja classes for ages 4–12, including Mini Ninja, Beginner, and Intermediate levels

Demonstrate, teach, and spot basic obstacle skills such as jumping, vaulting, swinging, climbing, and balance

Create a positive and safe class environment that encourages effort, confidence, and fun

Assist with setting up and breaking down obstacle courses
-
Communicate clearly with athletes and parents, providing feedback and encouragement

Support gym events, birthday parties, and competitions as needed

Weekend Desk Staff
Minimum Experience Required:

Years of experience with basic computer work and basic Microsoft office.
- Personable and welcoming with clientele
- Able to handle payments for parties and basic math skills
- Able to take charge of birthday staff and delegate roles and jobs
