Rec Team 2.png

This class builds on previous ninja training with a deeper focus on obstacle technique, strength, speed, and efficiency. Athletes will work on more varied and challenging obstacles while learning to move smoothly and quickly through skills they have already begun to master. We really like to see this group of athletes to have started competing in Tier 2 competitions, and some may even consider trying out some Tier 1 competitions. Open gym time will be very crucial for increasing skills. Anyone who was in our Ninja Level 1 or 2 in our old class system should sign up for this class.

Is your son excited to start flipping, swinging, and building strength? Our Boys Beginner Gymnastics class introduces athletes to the fundamentals on all six men’s events—floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar—plus trampoline. It’s a great way to develop coordination, confidence, and body control, providing a strong athletic foundation whether your child sticks with gymnastics or moves on to other sports.

Boys Level 1.png

Our Boys Level 1 class is designed for athletes continuing to build on foundational skills. This class allows gymnasts to learn and progress at their own pace while focusing on strength, coordination, and basic skills across all six men’s events and trampoline in a fun, supportive environment.

Boys Level 2 Gymnastics.png

Our Boys Level 2 Gymnastics class is designed as a pre-team program for athletes showing interest and potential in competitive gymnastics. While participation in this class does not guarantee placement on our competitive team, it offers a focused and structured environment for gymnasts to build the foundation needed for the next level.

Athletes will continue developing strength, flexibility, and technique while learning basic routines on all six men’s gymnastics events. Throughout the year, select athletes may also have the opportunity to participate in local competitions for experience and growth.

This class is ideal for boys who are passionate about gymnastics and ready to take the next step in their training journey.
